Mr. Xavier Chardon

Chief Executive Officer at Citroën

Xavier Chardon is the Chief Executive Officer of Citroën, where he leads the brand globally and is responsible for steering its growth, strengthening its identity, and driving its transformation in a rapidly evolving mobility landscape.

With more than 30 years of automotive experience, he has held leadership roles across Europe and China. He began his career at PSA with Citroën, where he served as Managing Director in Denmark, Germany, and France. In 2012, he joined Volkswagen AG, taking on senior positions including Vice President of European Sales, Global Head of Marketing & Communications, and later Chairman and CEO of Volkswagen Group France.


Pierre Leclercq

Citroën Global Head of Design

Native of Belgium, Pierre Leclercq, 46, studied at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California (USA) and earned a degree in transportation design in 1998. After a stint at Ford’s Ghia studio in Italy, he joined the BMW group in California and Munich, in 2000, where he worked on exterior design projects for the BMW, Rolls Royce and Mini brands, until taking the lead in 2011 in the design of BMW M, the high performance label of BMW. In 2013, he was named design director of the Chinese manufacturer Great Wall Motors, and in 2017 he was appointed design director of Kia Motors in South Korea. In November 2018, Pierre Leclercq was appointed as Citroën Design Director.

Laurence Hansen

Citroën Product and Strategy Director

Laurence Hansen, 41 years of age, is a graduate of ESSEC Business School. After numerous roles in the areas of commerce and marketing in the food (Mondelez) and textile (Petit Bateau) industries, she joined the PSA Group in 2011, where she has furthered her experience in the areas of commerce and marketing both in France and internationally.

She has in particular held the positions of Peugeot France Regional Director (2014-2016) and Citroën France Marketing Director (2017-2019), where she has made a major contribution to the brands’ commercial performance.

In October 2019, Laurence was appointed as Citroën Product and Strategy Director.


Grégoire OLIVIER

Stellantis Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Asia Pacific Region Member of the Board of Directors of Leapmotor

Grégoire Olivier, born in 1960, is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific region at Stellantis and a member of the Board of Directors of Leapmotor. With over three decades of global leadership experience in the industrial and automotive sectors, he has held pivotal roles across PSA Group and Stellantis, spanning strategy, mobility services, China operations, and major international alliances.

Shailesh Hazela

MD & CEO, Stellantis India

Shailesh Hazela is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis India, where he oversees the operations of the Jeep and Citroën National Sales Companies (NSCs) along with the Group’s manufacturing operations in the country.

With over 28 years of experience across the automotive, telecommunications, and railway sectors, he brings deep strategic and operational expertise. In his previous role as Vice President – Global Purchasing and Supply Chain for India and the Asia Pacific region at Stellantis, he was responsible for ensuring regional programs were awarded to the right suppliers at competitive prices, while also enabling regional suppliers to scale globally.


Kumar Priyesh

Business Head & Director- Automotive Brands, Stellantis India

Kumar Priyesh brings over two decades of rich experience in the automotive industry, with expertise spanning sales, marketing, network development, and brand management. As Business Head & Director at Stellantis India, he leads the operations of Jeep, Citr oën, and Leapmotor in the country, driving sales growth, retail expansion, and brand strategy across the portfolio.

Over the years, he has played a key role in the growth journeys of several leading automotive brands, including Eicher Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai Motor India, Tata Motors, and Volkswagen Passenger Cars. His contributions have ranged from launching new models and advancing digital and electric mobility strategies to strengthening corporate sales, enhancing dealer profitability, and improving customer satisfaction.
